Felt weird walking into the bank like a masked robber about an hour ago.

I literally was doing the same thing , thinking the same thing, the teller knew who I was anyway so.....

I have to make that trip in an hour. Thinking the same thing.

Well for educational purposes , It proves not to poop where one eats. If I ever turn to a life of crime, I wont rob my own back.Of course I would know that anyway but empirical scientific proof  has it`s place...maybe I`ll hit your bank if I choose to go bad  :smt044

You'd have to cross multiple county lines to rob Crash's local bank and would probably have to stop at a gas station. Given the current situation, that would be totally irresponsible of you, bro.

Not judging....just sayin'.

Our future selves are going to have a hard time believing that we thought it was fair to equate coughing on a gas station pump handle with threatening to blow up an airliner.

Are you comparing potential hazard? (assume he's sick and infects X people, each of them infects X ppl, and so on)
Or just plain sense of humor? (in this case I'd take licking airplane toilet seats challenge - google it - over everything else)

Potential hazard. Both are equally unfunny to me.

I wish I hadn’t known that licking toilet seats was a thing, and I respectfully decline the invitation to search out such things online.

Here's article about  "patient 31". Single person who resumed pretty much contained coronavirus outbreak in S. Korea.

My sister and I had a quick visit with our Dad today. His assisted living community is in total lockdown. No visitors allowed. He doesn’t hear very well, so we had to yell at him. He’s doing well. Dad will be 89 years old on April 20th.

The Mendocino County public health officer has announced that the county level restrictions will be eased in the next couple of days. Stay tuned.

Well, not so much "eased" as "made more complicated."
https://www.mendocinocounty.org/Home/Components/News/News/4076/3242

The only easing I see is a very slight relaxation of the prohibition against walking or biking on public trails. Even that one is largely irrelevant because all State, County, and City parks remain closed. That includes all the beaches and public launch sites. And the Order will be in effect until May 10, so the rockfish opener probably isn't going to happen.

The shutdown is working here, we have no known cases of community transmission and all four people who tested positive have now recovered. A flood of tourists or fishermen from the Bay Area would probably reverse all that, so we're pretty much stuck with the lockdown until everywhere else gets their outbreaks under control.

I wish there was a way to prevent travel (the real problem) without closing everything down for us locals. But apparently there isn't.
