I know you had a separate post for search, but since this is getting all the love...

Is it possible to have a search function for a main thread title word search?  I dont really need to see all 75 replys when the title comes up in search when I'm looking for something older.

does this make sense?

It would have made sense if you had volunteered to help improve the search results.   :smt004

true true
as of late I find myself frustrated with a bunch of requests for help on items covered in 2012 and 2011 and 2010....  So I have been using search more often to help these noobs...  I'll revisit that thread as well.

You know what this site needs?  It needs a "bookmarks" function.  You know, for when you find that thread that has all this info you want to remember.  Why not just bookmark it?

Hah!  I just added that functionality.  Try it out and let me know what you think.

Is anyone using the Bookmarks feature yet, and how do you like it?

Where is the feature located? Am I overlooking the obvious?

On the topic menu you should see an "Add Bookmark" button.  On the top menu you should see a "My Bookmarks" menu that takes you to a list of the topics that you have bookmarked.  Can you confirm that you do see them?  Thanks.

I don't see a button or any reference to Bookmarks.

Dale, you're confusing me. First, you say you see them. Now you don't?

I'm using Firefox.

Got'em now

Hojo,

Sorry for the confusion, when I said personal bookmarks I meant the ones on my home computer bookmark list, not on NCKA.

Now I can keep my NCKA bookmarks within NCKA.
