I think someone is trying to create a panic mode so the sales of lingcod head stickers goes up.

I'm interested in seeing it taken to the next level.

My own thoughts ... the concept is nice.   However the fish are slightly too cartoony for my personal tastes.

How easy it is for you to sketch different versions.  I have no clue as my artistic skills are entirely lacking.

I'd like to see a sketch with the paddle/rod X like in the current logo.  And perhaps use a lingcod for the salt fish.  Call me romantic, but it ties us to the past, with a path to the future.  Also the lettering will be too small into the circle as it is.  Can you put NCKA below the shield.

Is it geographically accurate for our definition of NorCal?  It's kind of neat seeing the state in the logo.
