We had a small Memorial Day party today.  Roasted Chicken, ceasar salad, pancit, corn were served.
Lemon bundt cake for dessert.  My wife and daughter made most of the dishes from scratch including the cake. I am one lucky guy.  :smt007

Cooked the last piece of Silver Salmon from the summer 2019 AK trip. Used Eddies Maple Glaze #1 (http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=92117.0)

Seasoned a large boneless fillet with coriander, white pepper, and garlic powder. Then broiled on high for 10 minutes with the rack in a low position. Brushed on the glaze, then broiled for 5 minutes more. Served with steamed veggies and a wild rice pilaf that had some almonds, green onion, ginger and garlic.

I think I would do this again, but would add some soy sauce to the glaze since this was not smoked. I think it would help balance the sweet.
