Homemade Grub during Shelter in Place

Treated to an awesome brunch and then took a nap!  Plus the boy FINALLY rode his bike w no training wheels. Best Fathers Day ever

I haven’t gone out for breakfast since March. 

No big.

Today’s breakfast.  So easy.

Wow looks mouth watering

With some freshly caught salmon in the house, I’ve been trying different ways to eat it.
Decided to try some salmon(sake) nigiri.
I bought some sticky rice from a local sushi place but put it all together and man , was that amazing! We went out for sushi a few days ago and this nigiri tasted just like the stuff we bought, probably better cause I caught the fish!!
Looks like the salmon bite is on! Let’s enjoy this stuff!!
Today is the 9th day in a row of eating some kind of salmon!

I make casserole out rotini pasta, homemade sauce and ground turkey.

As it is only the two of us I make the big pot, and freeze a bunch of it.
