Used the last piece of Silver Salmon from last summers AK trip. Used Eddies Maple Glaze #1 (http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=92117.0)

Seasoned a large boneless fillet with coriander, white pepper, and garlic powder. Then broiled on high for 10 minutes with the rack in a low position. Brushed on the glaze, then broiled for 5 minutes more. Served with steamed veggies and a wild rice pilaf that had some almonds, green onion, ginger and garlic.

I think I would do this again, but would add some soy sauce to the glaze since this was not smoked. I think it would help balance the sweet.
Dang looks Yummy
