I knew better than to look at a post saying nobody wants to touch it.  But some how I clicked on it anyways.  I am the one who would look at a train wreck so I guess I asked for it.

As for the politics.  There will always be people who think they are not being represented.  But when someone is voted into office that you don't like everyone should at least support them and pray they can actually do things that will be positive for our county. 

Cancelling college classes, protests, riots and living in fear is absolutely the wrong way to live and will cause more damage than good.

I`m obfuscated by some of the reactions to the election results , groups wanting to migrate to other countries , groups calling for secession, rioting etc etc ,,wondering where some of these groups learned this behavior.

We`re given a process to choose ,it doesn't work out the way some of us liked , so basically individuals and groups have what really amounts to a tantrum ..I don`t like the way its played so I`m taking my ball and leaving.

Sometimes life hands us Lemons ..right ..so make Lemon Aide..migrating to another country is not as easy as you think ,

I did not vote for Trump or RHC. My conscience wouldn't let me.I voted for Gary Johnson. he did not get 1 electoral vote . I`m not crying ,did I want Trump ? Nope....

you want change then take part in it, let your locally elected officials know what you think and feel ,their office address and email address/phone numbers are public info .

This is what happens when everyone gets a trophy. Those that lose do not know how to handle it. I didn't vote for Trump or Clinton, but he won so we have to give him a chance. The same thing I said when Obama won or if Hillary would have won.

I had this discussion with a friend before the election. I said Trump is going to win. The reason is here in CA we live in a bubble. Here the economy is good and people are living a decent life. Much of it because of Tech. Outside it's not very pretty. National median incomes are at a 17 year low. People are still losing their houses. We have the lowest % of job participation in 50 years (more people out of work or just not looking), millions more on welfare and food stamps than 10 years ago. The economy outside CA has recovered at the slowest pace in American History. Obama care has failed and premiums are jumping 25% on average. Even the LA Times called it in the last 3 polls.

It's bad when union voters in The Iron belt overwhelmingly vote for a Republican.

At this point I'm more concerned over prop 57 than I am at which puppet is in the White House. How the hell did it pass.

You are right about one thing. It's like fishing. Just like in fishing you can increase the probablity of success through earnest study and learning how to make a wise cast. A good fisherman can always offer a well reasoned explanation as to why they make any particular cast. Poor fishermen curse at their lures, break rods and fantasize about dynamite.

On FB, I watched all the craziness go down, not just with NCKA folks, but all around.  What I liked was that we (NCKA) kept that crap off of here and just stuck to what we do...fishing.

I know everyone has an opinion but its over with, lets not open this can of worms, not now, especially after we avoided it all this time.  Just my opinion.
