Update on RCG/Lings opening day??

Any official news on RCG/Lings opening day for you hook and line folks?

I always feel better when you guys can get fresh rockies and Lings again...

Same as last year. So the rumors about an early season and 3  Ling daily limit is false.

I was really hoping for an extended Mendo season.

I'm sad about the 3 ling limit being false. 2 is plenty eating for me, so it'd be nice to keep a slot in hopes for a giant if I limit early. Not a big deal at all and I know it's probably better from a bigger picture standpoint.

Rumors are still April 1st. 3 ling and 5 blacks. I hope it holds true. They will probably tell us a week before.

I spent time on the dfw -central area webpage,and after only finding the same header note on their page,that Pat posted above in this thread, I called .
I was told in a week , or so, they will announce the changes--3 ling 5 blacks was mentioned and a 'possible' early open for 2015  with the same end  date of dec 31st 2015

"check the site again weekly" I was told yesterday ,as they are ready to announce changes for this year soon.

We will probably know which proposals were accepted around 3/23, then it takes a week to make it official.
