You can ask someone to pick it up for you?  If not you can pick it up at a later date.  I think you have to be present to win the raffle.

Don't worry, if your ticket gets drawn I'll accept the Hobie on your behalf haha... But for reals, we can utilize the NCKA express to deliver awards/prizes if you can't make it to the ceremony. In your case, I'll pickup your biggest rockfish plaque & get it to you.
