What's the launch like there? I'm not sure if I'm coming yet but an excuse to play with my new yak and practice some semi-challenging surf launches sounds fun, as well as paddle around exploring.
Thresher in avatar and Soupfin Shark in signature both caught and pic taken by me.
3rd place Kayak Connection Derby, 2014
45th place / 423 pts / 3 Species - AOTY 2014 (nowhere to go but up!)
30th place / 1132.25 pts / 7 Species - AOTY 2015 (moving up a little!)

Always looking for new people to fish with!

It's one of the easiest surf launches anywhere.

In Loving Memory of Mooch, Eelmaster, Shicken, and Cabeza De Martillo

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

Launch is very protected and very doable on all but the roughest days...but usually not very "challenging"  :smt002

Darn. Was hoping to give everyone an opportunity to watch me knock myself around and do stupid things!

I will know more sometime next week if I'll be there!

Sounds good. Narisa, Ari and I plan on being there. Do you know if they charge $8 for children?

My understanding from communicating with Brenda is that if you are just hanging out/chilling there is no fee.

If you are gonna paddle or be "harvesting" then you pay the $8 fee.

I personally would assume that kiddos Ari's size/age are free...but I'm sure Brenda will let you know.  :smt001

If there is a SW swell or a BIG south swell it will be challenging Jimmy don't worry. NW, not so much. See ya there. We could just do a paddle Ryan and get on that new boat. Craig
