Any basic rules to the grill off. Getting tender ribs take time and Ya know, Like there is totally like some awesome fishing going on Dudes! .  Translation -- 5 hours to good ribs is a long time off the water. Is anyone going to paraboil, steam, pressure cook or otherwise partially cook the ribs before finishing them off on the BBQ?

It is a cook off. Don't give any secrets away! Just make them good so we can enjoy them... can't wait for Albion!!!!
