i wish there would be enough participants to have individuals categories, but for now Im gonna keep it as an Open Entry; may if interest grows or at future competitions, we will. If it is any consolation, GB2 and I will be throwing down ribs; so you can bring your "Rib Game" on!

Sounds like fun. I'm in for viewing, sniffing and tasting leftovers ( not cooking).
