I will need 3-4 people to help in the galley. They need to be there early like 6ish. Weimarian forget the stove,sounds like you got enough gear to haul. We should be able to make it work with Marv's weber and steel plate.Anyone who is willing to show up early and work hard,please speak up. We need your help in the galley. Sorry Marv about the mix-up. On the bright side, once breakfast is over, we are free to fish and guide.

Not sure about that,  sounds like there is a lot of shade trees and tables, but Dan says were setting up on the "patio",  I have not been there so I'm not sure…

Dan would have a better idea if we need that or not,  I wanted a few smaller ones for 'Check in" and shirts sales…"

1. We need a Team for Waiver Check in…

I like the idea of Weimerian's girls taking lead, no one would give them guff  , but their also going to need help as this will be a monstrous task as people arrive… but will be done as fast as it's comes on...

We are going to distribute wrist bands to people after they sign and special wrist bands for those who do not want a picture taken…

2. Also need some one to man a booth for shirt, sticker and patches sales…  this will be a shift thing, no one should be doing that all day...

we could use a few more portable tables too

3.  Launch Command,  very important job here,  were going to need ay least a half dozen people here making sure everyone is outfitted correctly, has a guide if they need one and that everything is moving smoothly and everyone that launches has a wrist band.

4.  Fishing poles set up…  Looks like were setting up for Bass and trout…  need a team to rig rods…  I'm going to pick up more gear today for LMB, mainly setting up for a Texas Rig,

not sure about trout but that sounds like a power bait thing and worms

Can we get more info on where we're meeting?  Are we able to launch from the main ramp?  Is parking going to be OK? I am planning to bring the trailer if I have a place to park it.

Since we have the whole park... Shouldn't be a problem... Parking WILL be a bit tight so less is more... The Boat house is to the left after you pull in... That is where we will probably set up (Dan???) about 25-30 parking spots by the boat house. Has a Water front area there... Not sure... Come early and surround the boat house To launch Boats, go to the right and all the way around to the ramp and Launch and park early then motor over to the boat house docks, beach area...Subject to Dan's approval... Dan? Dan? Anyone? Beuler???

Carrie and Kelsie will have a table and chairs to do Waivers and wrist bands... We have an easy up 10X10 and all is portable. Prefer they be set up in a shaded area but they can be self sufficient and if you have a banner, it can be placed on the Easy up (we have walls ect for the easy up) They Will take care of "Check in central" Do we need more Guides on the water? I can bring my Yak and some gear to get folks on those trout/Bass... Up to you Don 'cause I'm coming with my trailer anyway...

If they would take care of making a sign for that, that would be kool…  as far as I'm concerned,  their the most important gig going that morning so whatever they want and where they want to do it is fine…

 no one will be getting on a kayak without checking in with them first, and again, everyone needs to sign waivers…

I will have all the supplies for them and we will get a nice spot for them to make it happen…
