I can print couple hundreds waivers blanks so we have enough blanks.

That would be huge….

we need waivers and media waivers… could you do 250 of each?   Save a recite and give it to me at the show if you are putting out your own cash out on this.

and Thank you!

waivers are attached,  and anyone wanting to get this done ahead of time and turn it in when you get there would be great too!

Waivers need to be signed by everyone in attendance, even me… I know this seems silly as I know most of you have signed these before, but this is just something that needs to be done.  Not only for liability sake, but also gives us a solid record of who was in attendance.

10-4  - I'll print both documents in good amount (no money needed)

Dude,..... 250 people :smt009. That is insane. We will start early, work hard and bust 'em out as fast as we can. Thats a lot of friggin' tacos.  My griddle can only do 14 tortilas at a time. If someone has another camp stove and griddle, that would help tremendously. Or we could dry toast some of the tortilla on open flame via charcoal weber. I usually figure 2 tacos per person, one egg per taco..lets see...that means...uhhhh....who invited all these people any ways? I'm not sure the fishmaster man-pan can handle 500 eggs. Does anyone have a big-ass pan and burner? Otherwise we can cook it in 2-3 batches. That will work. G-wiz, if you can make salsa, please do. We are gonna need a lot. We better have our A-game boys. This is going to be the Normandy of taco-making.

I have a 3/16" steel plate that I can put on my weber as a griddle.. or we can toast over the grate.    I also have a 20" paella pan that fits on the weber.

How much do we need? Two gallons should be more than enough right?
If you need your big truck for two gallons you shoulda bought a full size Nissan.

That would be great Glen. The steel plate would probably be better and less likely to get damaged in the chaos.

2 gallons of salsa will be plenty.

What can I say,  Word got out about your "Love Taco's"  :smt007   "Normandy of Taco making"…  :smt044

That may be a little over on 250, maybe under,  :smt102, not sure,  but I'm seeing an easy 100 participants, family too, therapist, friends,  but our shift will be the morning thing, so it's probably under 200 for the morning rush…  The American Legion Has the Afternoon rush, and that promises to be huge…
