1. We need a Team for Waiver Check in…

I like the idea of Weimerian's girls taking lead, no one would give them guff  , but their also going to need help as this will be a monstrous task as people arrive… but will be done as fast as it's comes on...

We are going to distribute wrist bands to people after they sign and special wrist bands for those who do not want a picture taken…

I'll help with waiver check-in. My agent says no pics so give me one of those special bands.     

2. Also need some one to man a booth for shirt, sticker and patches sales…  this will be a shift thing, no one should be doing that all day...

Sign me up for a shift here, too (unless we're short of guides OTW).

3.  Launch Command,  very important job here,  were going to need ay least a half dozen people here making sure everyone is outfitted correctly, has a guide if they need one and that everything is moving smoothly and everyone that launches has a wrist band.

Everyone on the water should also keep an eye out to ensure all the vets are properly outfitted, just in case something was missed at launch.

4.  Fishing poles set up…  Looks like were setting up for Bass and trout…  need a team to rig rods…  I'm going to pick up more gear today for LMB, mainly setting up for a Texas Rig,

not sure about trout but that sounds like a power bait thing and worms

MORE RODS ARE WELCOME AND PLEASE MARK YOUR GEAR….

I'll bring some bass worms & such.

Let me know if anything needs to be picked up along the way between SF --> Patterson Saturday --> Lodi Sunday am.

you would eventually be on the water guiding, I guess, but I do need someone committed to this very important spot…

 Access Leisure,  the non-profit in Sacramento  that is well funded and well connected that has helped in the past and will in the future, got ahold of one of our flyers from the event, I suspect from the Warrior Transition Unit in Sac…

This has been forwarded to the Wounded Warrior Project and hit their Facebook page with "Blast"…  whatever that is… I can tell ya, interest has just picked up from what I know as e-mails are coming in…

we'll do what we can and all will be well, 

 I should have a better idea by tomorrow of what were looking at now…  were still holding to what were doing and still expect around 200 for the morning… the mid-day afternoon is when I expect things to get really crowded, but again, many of those will be spectators/shore fishing and we will get those that want to fish and get out the water, where they want to be…

  set us up again…

lots of terminal tackle we need… slip weights, swivels, trout bait hooks, plastic worm hooks, drop shot weights, power bait, 5 tubs of worms, 6 tackle boxes to pass out to vets with gear (12 more on the way) worm blowers, leader material, etc...

Launch Command it is. Anyone who would like to commit to a couple hours or more, pls pm me. If we have enough people, we can do shifts.

re: the weather, Montana is right about sunscreen & water. Is there already a plan to bring sunscreen or do we need to pick up a gallon bucket of it?
Also hats (preferably light colored) might be wise to bring for vets without sun protection - bring extras if you've got 'em.
We want these folks to have a good time & be comfortable out there.

Kudos to Walton's Pond.

I will bring some sunblock, biggest tubes I can find, and put them out at Reg and launch for community use.

I'll probably be on hand to assist piski, especially if I bring Olivia. Not positive about that yet because over 100 might be a bit much for her to handle.

  this is the last line of defense, I'll most likely be hanging here mostly too, but duty calls everywhere and need guys like you to be on point and not leave…

shifts would be good too, as we might run out of guides, something comes up and you guys need to get on the water…  need more on this position!!!
