dangle when needed for stability, but you will likely see me sitting side saddle getting access to plano box and re-rigging for extended periods of time, also sometimes for fun in large swell, cameron

I'm a habitual 3-point dangler.  :smt002

I did it in Hawaii too. A tiger stalked a wingman years ago. This summer, I watched as an oceanic white tip smacked another angler's kayak repeatedly.

I kept my feet inboard. Then I hooked up. My feet went straight into the water all three times.

I'm a fool.

I got caught dangling while fishing the port in heavy fog, that poor powerboater was not expecting nor wanting that sight... Dangle with caution... :smt044

I dangle...like others especially when pulling the crab pots and other times, basically when I am trying to put a little more drag on the fish on the run and even more so when using barbless hooks.

I rarely dangle.  I'm not very tall so its not necessary for me.

When I first started this sport, I used to think people were ballsy dangling their feet in the ocean.

Definitely does feel more comfortable and I catch myself doing it without realizing sometimes...even around SMC...not good.

I'm a dangler when jigging and crabbing, also tend to dangle when I have a fish on.  For comfort, stability, and room on the deck.

I dangle unless I am under way. Find it much more comfortable.
I side saddle when I am trying to access the rear tank well or when I am diving.

In the woods, yes.
On the kayak, no.  I'm more comfortable with my parts in the ride (135 sure is wide)
