In the BWE report, I see guys in board shorts and others in dry pants but no dry tops.  What all are you planning on wearing?

I'm bringing my drysuit and I'll have a pair of shorts in case it gets really hot.

It was kinda sketch wearing my waders the first time out there, so I'd rather be safe and hot.

As far as tackle, I'm just bringin' some lili'hammers for the bass, a few surface irons and a butterfly type jig or two, but mostly gonna fish live bait.

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

cool and windy,  shorts and dry suit,  windy and maybe kinda cool, dry bottoms and maybe a dry top to or long sleeve shirt under pdf,   beautiful weather is Columbia convertible pants and a long sleeve shirt under pfd.   Thinking sun protection too as am I am super gringo white.

I used the gift certificates I won last year at Albion to buy a bunch of small stuff like swivels and kastmasters.   Taking four rods, one has the new Avet 6/4 and I already love it.   One is a nice bass rod with new power pro on it as of today.   I'll hit a local tackle shop for a few more treats when I get down there.

I took four hours this morning and played with my gear getting it mostly ready.  Next week will fly by and I don't think I could have slept until I got to play in the yak shop.

The long range forecast on Magic Seaweed shows the wind and swell laying down to very favorable conditions next weekend.  It's too early to get excited ... but I'm getting excited.

Anyone has spare room for another kayak?  I'll be back from a job interview back East on Thursday night 6/6/13.
