Word, I'm disappointed by the lack of an accurate countdown.  :smt009
I thought Al would come up with some sort of widget that updates the countdown to the second!

Long range is still looking good - by that I mean that there's not an obvious disturbance hitting next Friday by the forecasts, so that's encouraging.  I'm optimistic based on what they're showing right now:

Al,

We need something for a "live" update to the second, like a continuous count down.  I know you can do it  :smt003

Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.

I have been getting my ling cod tecniques nailed down on the jetties. 4 lings 29"+ in 5 trips.  If the wind holds out I might get some practice on the yak and slay some perch since the rockies arent open from boat yet here.

You're a lingmaster, Robert - can't wait to see what you dredge up out of the Cove waters.   :smt001

While "The Weather Channel" might see rain coming next weekend, I don't believe their crap!  Stormsurf is where I go for my forecasts.  I want sun, but rain will do if the ocean's flat and the winds are down.    :smt007
