No it's not.  They added more boulders to expand it to the left to make the launch area more protected from the surf. This will make kayak launching there a piece-of-cake!

I searched this site looking for "shelter cove map", "campground map", etc. and did not get any hits . . . anybody have a link to a map of the campground?

The owner of the campground won't be back in the US until the middle of February, so I'll meet with him to set some ground rules then.  In the meantime everyone should just call and get a site.  It'll all come together, and the campground will be at the center of this event like it always is (although many of us will be in hotels and inns  :smt004).
