Reserved a "dog room" at the Inn of the Lost Coast. Won't know till the week of if it is a go

Yo 'King!  Count me in for now. Following in GB2's footsteps, I just reserved at Inn of the Lost Coast, and coming in real late.  I've got a matter thats supposed to wrap up that friday, but if it doesn't (knock on wood) I'm gonna have to bail.  Looking forward to actually making it up this year.  =)

I like to go Phat-Pimp and stay in one of the hotels right along the rocks at Coral Point - probably The Tides Inn for around $120-$150/night.

But I think we can do better than that---how about 12 pages and an aborted mission?

There's probably a 70% chance that the swell forecast will be at least 8-10ft NW. Just a warning to the swell-challenged: you might have to make a personal decision of "go out" versus "no go."

Although, this time I am going no matter what. Even if NOAA says 20-25ft. I'm going! _{Granted, in that case, I'd have to settle for the best shore rockfishing in CA. But I'm going regardless!}
