I'm bringing an assortment of muffins and danish for Saturday morning, and some sort of dessert or sidedish for the potluck.

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

Now that I am indeed making it up to Elk, I can start to think about pot luck contributions.  I am thinking I'll bring some chicken to BBQ, but am open to suggestions in order to help fill gaps in the menu...

Bill and I will be bringing fryers.  If you wanna bring an extra fryer, it'll help, especially with the lumpia and other goodies that'll need frying.

I plan to bring my batter mix, seasoning, and oil.  For veggies, I'll have some mushrooms, zucchini, and potatoes.

We'll be depending on rockfish donations for the Friday night fish fry.  We're hoping that the guys pre-fishing Friday will kick-in some of their catch.  Get there early and fish hard.... or we may all starve :smt002

Thanks!
Chuck

Chuck, I've got some in the freezer (caught two weeks ago at the Bean) that I can take along if you'd like...unless of course you'd like extra fresh.

Thank God this is all taking place after I have to make it up "THE HILL" I hope I make it. If not, can someone please bring me a plate halfway down the hill. Maybe a group of people handing out beers along the route like in a Marathon.

I'm just putting the finishing touches on a pot of chili colorado made with an elk roast.  I thought it appropriate for a tourney in Elk.

I'll do hot wings with blue cheese and celery probably Friday. Dina is making a large greek dish I can't pronounce (a reported crowd pleaser) for Saturday. Other assorted goodies of course.

I plan to arrive Friday morning early. See ya.
