PAL-Great idea...Mexican corn on a stick it is!!

Jim-I have a lot of plastic cups for beer, plates and forks/spoons would be great.

I also have plastic/paper cups, plates, and forks/spoons left over from the HMB derby.

I'll bring (not too spicy) Chili con carne, chips. Haven't been there before, are we eating this after we get in from fishing?

Grub start around 5-6 after fishing and a little siesta time

artichoke salad that Diana makes which is the Bomb!
Also some marinated ribs or chicken in Frankfishings special sauce (pinoy style).

Sounds like you guys have got the cerveza covered...I'll bring some bottles of water, soda and capri suns for the kids.

If I have time I'll be making some enchiladas and rice.

Hi Ya'll,

Everything sounds so yummy!  Ben's birthday (guitarzan) is this week - looks like Jelly's is close too?  I am going to bring a cake for his birthday too and most likely a philo dough style appetizer, if there is room available in the oven for a 10 minute warm up.

Can't wait!

I've been preparing gear today as well.  I will be bringing brownies.  With the cakes planned, maybe I'll put them out early....

I'll be bringing some smoked sturgeon jerky (probably won't last till the potluck though... I'll be using it as bait to sell raffle tickets) and some scrumptious little whitetail venison appitizers and some of my wife's magical rice krispy bars with peanut butter and choclate.

This is going to be the longest 4-day work week ever!

Leo's Rule, Someone needs to update the calender. Jelly and Ben aren't listed. Sounds like it's going to be a Leo extravaganza. Should the Bear roast's be marinated  in Teriaki or Mesquite?
