Conflicting schedules at work almost prevented me from attending Elk this weekend.  I just found out today that I'll be able to make it after all.  What a friggin relief!

made lumpias. I don't remember tasting his last years but if they turn out to be like the ones I'm buying from Ranch 99 then we just have to  :spank him  for taking credit away from the old Filipino Lady's who actually rolled them :smt003
