Have not try them yet.  Just something to do while SIP.  Will post pictures when I caught a fish.  Don't hold your breath.     :smt003

Nice SIP project.  Are you going to powder coat and paint them later?

Got busy and lazy but finally got the dome mortared on top of the fire bricks. Ceramic blanket insulation coming in by UPS Tuesday. Wrap it in it and chicken wire then another coat of vermiculite/cement mix and I should be able to fire it up.  Ready in a week or by 4th of July💥 ☺️

Are you going to build a door for it?

Probably Sonny. Just a sheet metal with a handle I can slide in and out quickly.

I will try to render the dome more symmetrical on the outside for the last layer. The inside is a nice 3/4 circle though. ☺️

While SIP, I had been experimenting with making trolling flies. I created a diy alternative to the wiggle action disc in the form of a wiggle tube, that you'd tie a fly into or stick a fluke onto. First fly I made on one is a wiggle zonker.

Here's a vid of how to make a wiggle tube.

So far they've been successful with trout and Kokanee.
