According to some pictures from Dan at Headwaters, it looks like Malone has created its own Wheeleez style cart, with its own balloon style wheels.  People haven't really been paying attention to Malone the past few years, but they have some really interesting stuff at better prices than competitors.  The malone cart looks like it might be slightly wider than a wheeleez, which would be a big help for those with wider kayaks that don't sit on wheeleez carts very well.

you can also see a cart on the right which seems to have some large integrated rails - that could help people who have kayaks with tunnel style hulls like the native kayaks and wildy ride kayaks.

Dan stated MSRP of $200, which would be cheaper than wheeleez retail now, which is $240.  Plus I always just never get a good feeling with Wheeleez as a company, doesn't seem like they care about the kayak fishing market in general since there is essentially no marketing of their products and very few people know about their products.

Anyways, see the pic.

Yakgear juicebox, coming this fall.  expected MSRP of $139, which is excellent for a 11ah lithium battery, waterproof box and charger.  You could do something similar yourself, but you will not be much cheaper at all than the $139 MSRP, much less than with the lithium battery.  I'll probably be buying one!

Native did bring their latest boat to iCast after all, a Manta Ray 12 Propel.  Its 12 feet long, approx 70lbs, and will have a price point around $2k, or maybe under.

Thanks Ben. Juicebox and Malone cart caught my eyes.
Might look into them when they are out.

The juice box looks cool, I want to check that out when available. The Malone cart they had looked sweet too, but I am sure it cost more than most fishing kayaks.

I wonder if the charger is integrated into the unit or a separate box?

Those tridents look sweet. Is it just the picture angle that makes the built in rod holders on the shortest one look offset? They look more sleek than the current t13 almost like a combo between the ultra and the trident versions maybe?

It probably looks offset because that one is a prototype while the 13 and 15 are production models. Could be angle too. They wanted to show the process they went through when making the new updates so if you zoomed in you could see welding around the mod pod as well as just above the stern of the boat and some other unfinished things.

What I'm most interested to know more info about is the center hatch and the seat. Two places I felt the boat needed an update.

The seat is soo comfortable and still sits nice and low. It's built in and the bottom where you sit tilts up to give you extra thigh support when pushing against the foot braces without compromising your center of gravity. Probably will make more sense in the pics. The back of the seat adjusts up and down to give you the support where you need it. They used foam for the cushion in the seat and put holes for ventilation as well as a quick drying material on the outside.

The mod pod is a little thinner giving you extra room for your thighs. As you can see they went away with the straps and changed it to a buckle system and now a folding hatch rather than having to take the whole thing off. Makes for quick and easy access and they will be coming with two trays that you can store tackle and whatever else without your stuff sliding around the hull. It's nice that you can go away with the trays or just use one and it does slide so you can access things inside the hull easily. There's a semi-dry small storage on it toward the seat to store your wallet fishing license camera etc whatever you like to have with you . There's some bungees you can stick your pliers or lip grips under or a water bottle etc.. They added a cup holder which can double as a place to stick weights some easily accessible tackle etc. My favorite addition is the magnet they added. Strong enough to hold pliers or a knife  but I'd be using it for hooks lures etc. it's awesome!!

They added a rod tip protecter at the bow which you can also slide your paddle blade underneath for a quick stow and go. For me it will be nice on rough days when my paddle doesn't balance nicely in my lap but I don't want to put it on the side of my kayak. They changed the paddle holder on the side to the paddle clip they had on the predators but added a rubber strap for extra security.  There's some other additions but I think I'm starting to ramble lol!

Looks like a new rod pod, seat and the sonar shield is gone.  Plus a lot of nice new features.
Yes took away the sonar shield.

I like the look of the new T-15. Saw one report that it weighs 90 lbs. Is that accurate?

Yeah that's accurate it doesn't feel like 90 though so I'm curious to see what some other scales say.
