GS-X Tri Tip Sandwich's

Not sure exactly when I'll be arriving but I will definitely be there for the Tri-tip and the Oysters.

I'm in on the tri-tip sandwiches.  Hopefully they have a donation jar as well.

I will be there Wed sometime. I will buy a sandwich or 2. I like to eat.

Kathleen and I are all in for Tri-Tip and Oysters!  Great plan!  Arriving on Thursday.

I'm sure I'll be good for a couple sandwiches. As far as when I'll be there, it depends on weather, the bite, any live music I might be wanting to check ou, and  other factors.

Sounds like a great idea. Please let us know what the plan is.

Any idea of a goal $$ for the repairs? Just out of curiosity.  Might be some philanthropists lurking

Sorry for not posting more on this sooner, but I just got the final details.
Looks like the Tri-Tip Sandwich's will be served on Friday the 20th from 4 till 7pm. At the park near the light house.
I was told that the menu would be as follows:
1. Adult plate ;
  Tri-Tip sandwich, 
   beans, and potato salad
     $10.00
2. Child plate ;
     Hot dog,
      chips and soda
      $5.00
Many people will arrive early and have hungry young ones, so it was decided that an earlier start might be useful. Also, it would allow the option of eating after the captain's meeting.
Either way, it is for a good cause and also shows support of the community that welcomes us every year.

I was also asked what the participation count might be, so if you are planing, please post up so I can give a rough idea on how much grocery's they might expect.

We won't get in until late fri, but that is one really good idea!! I wish I could be there early Friday, but kids have school
