UPDATE - Great News! (Given the Boot)

Thanks Scott - yes, applied online for UI this weekend. I can make it a month or so, but I won't be able to survive on UI alone much after that. I am looking forward to finding a new employer where I can stay a while!

Before this company, I worked in Sacramento and the commute just became unbearable. I was almost in so many accidents - way too stressful.

Have you thought about the educational field, a little different capacity, at least to start, work in to a Dir position?

If you need something to fill the gap between jobs, there is work in Auburn ~ $23/hour.

I realize this may be too far, but I just wanted to throw it out there.

Livermore is not to far from you.  Try the Lab.  They seem to have several openings that fits your experience.

I'm pretty sure one of out HR managers at Budweiser just relocated, there may be an opening there, if not now then soon I would imagine. I don't know anything about the salary side of the house, but it's probably at least worth keeping an eye out on buschjobs.com
