I'm about to send my rebate out for the free Lake Insight Pro or Nautic Insight Pro map chip. Can you shed some light on which one to get?

I mainly fish Lake around Fresno. Might venture out to the ocean once I get comfortable or go with someone experienced. Thanks.
Look close and make sure the lakes you visit are included. Im not sure what kind of lake detail Nautic Insight has, but I think it does cover inland some.

You can check the list of lakes on Lake Insight Pro here: http://www.lowrance.com/en-US/Products/Mapping/Lake-Insight-Pro-v15.aspx
Note that for most of the lakes listed, it says "shoreline only" which means a simple outline of the lake; not underwater depth/topography. But the number of lakes with HD and SD topography is still pretty impressive.

I bought one. I had a choice between one with a gold Navionics or the insight pro card for $399. I went with the insight pro since I already own Navionics gold.

My free insight pro arrived today!
