About six months ago I was working out heavily on an ab lounger. Ok , cut the snickering out. 
Just finished a hard set concentrating on my mid ab section. More snickering. come on come on..
Anyways. I stand slowly ( because I had a lower hernia in the service ) and within seconds I am doubled over in pain. So much that I am on the ground in pain for a good minute. Like a Good Marine I endure the pain and feel that no major problems present afterwards. Several months go by and I am starting to have stomach soreness.
The day of the perch derby !!! I awake to find a small marble size protrusion from my navel area.
Set an appointment with a surgeon today to confirm.
CONFIRMED ! 
Hoping to book surgery as soon as possible.
Salmon season is almost here.
I believe it is a minimum of 2 weeks off. UUGG !  Not good for my bait and gas money.

My bad ... you've seen my yard ... I might just have a patch of them growing somewhere out there & not even know it.  I did hit something with the mower this weekend ....  I just figured it was the neighbors cat.
