With a heavy heart, Good bye Tessa

So sorry to hear this, Craig.

Heartbreaking, I am sorry Craig.

My heart hurts for you and linnele. Tessa was and will forever be your companion, I know she had a loving family but from the pictures you can see she had a awesome life to. A life a lot of dogs could only wish for. I'm sorry for your loss Craig, I can see the love and feel the pain

Have peace knowing she had a good life.

I know the feeling.  I lost a pet of 12 years.  It took me years to get over it.

I remember one time we all went to Muir Beach for a halibut  try. It was kind of rough and Rockhopper yarded on the way in. I went back with Tessa the following morning and she found his rod and reel at the high tide mark. That pic is here somewhere. I've lost it because the computer crashed with that image on it.

At the aoty awards you could see I was worried about her.

She still rallied to help award the Trident to Kevin.

Every night I kind of reach for her as she always slept right by me. Went to work with me. Griceries, gas, you name it. It's getting better.

So sorry for your loss amigo.  I know your heart is heavy, but hope there is some comfort in knowing how much you and she cared, and how well you took care of Tess.

So sorry to hear of Tessa's passing, Craig. We will all miss her at future NCKA events.

Craig, Very Sad to hear about Tessa, got a lil misty in the room for a moment. As I scrolled thru pics and comments a smile came to me.  She will be missed, and yes I believe our dogs teach us as much as we teach them.

Craig, so sorry to hear.  She was loved and her life was complete with you.  Losing a cherished friend that is always there for you and loves you no matter what is the hardest thing.  I still cry when I think of my first 2 cats that we had to put to rest a couple years ago.  She know that she loved you and will always be there in spirit.

I'm sorry for your loss. The bond you had was a sign of the quality of life you gave her and the love you shared.
