My heart sinks to the point where i just cry when reading this, but you knew when it was time  and it is the TOUGHEST THING a human has TO DO.
Just remebember, it had to happen, and it was out of PURE LOVE. 

She has been to places most humans wish of.....you gave her all you could and more. Those pics are the proof.

Sorry to hear Craig! It was great to meet you both over the weekend, and hear your story of giving her an extra seven years of life. Erin sends her condolences as well.

So sorry Craig... It's never easy to let them go...  Tessas life was full of fun and love and thats all because of you, and never forget that. Their quality of life is how they feel, and if they are in pain, it's no fun.  I've had to put down two cats with Cancer.  And though they aren't the same as a dog, it's still one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life. 

Sorry for your lost, losing a loved one is never easy.all we can do is remember the good times we had

Craig, it was great meeting you and Tessa at the awards at Ft. Ross and I am sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear about the loss of Tessa.  I was just talking to a co-worker, who lost his dog too, about how unfair it is that our dogs don't live longer lives.  It's the great memories and piles of pictures that will help ease the pain until one day when you decide it's time for another canine companion.  It's been 4 years since we lost our "Rocket" and we just now found another pup.  He's got some pretty big paws to fill.  Hang in there!
