Going for all 20 this year again. Don't care about their size. Fell short while trophy hunting all year and only had 14 species in 2014. No more trophy hunting, just fishing this year, and lots of diving. The Pac Hali was my highlight this year. Hope the WSB show this year too. I'm competing against myself for quantity and not quality so to speak.

I learned a lot participating in AOTY in 2014, and hope to put that knowledge to use in 2015.  Case in point: don't rely on one weekend at Clear Lake to catch a big largemouth bass  .  I also want to put in more time for a mondo Bucks Lake mackinaw, and continue my quest for a 30+ inch brown trout in Lake Almanor  .

Oh yeah, and work with MattSwayze in tracking down some big fish this year for AOTY!  Pay up Matt, and get after them surfperch!

This year's pacific halibut chances may be real limited depending on what the decision is for the season.  There are lots of different options on the table right now, but until we get substantially more halibut added to the CA quota our seasons are going to be limited.  This year CA DFW is likely adopting or conforming to the federal halibut law concerning gear which means 1 line 2 hooks.

Imagine if someone won 1st place AOTY and 1st place DOTY in the same year thatd be crazy!! Maybe that'll be the same year the raiders get in the playoffs [emoji39]
