No rain to speak of yet, but the wind storm is brewing!

That's scary. That is 101 southbound where it meets 280 (380 junction). A little flooding in my garage, but that's pretty much it. Stay safe everyone.

May need to call for assistance here in Fresno,
Gail force winds to 5mph, temps in the 60's, and the bathroom shower had a small drip ..... oh the horror!!!!!!!!!

Hope you guys to the north are all safe, we could sure use a little of that down our way.
Thanks for all the pics, quite a different climate.

Drive safe and keep dry,

Nothing special in the Placerville area; a little wind over night and rain steady with some micro down bursts that started to fall about 9:30am.  It's what I would call a typical warm weather storm.  Not even any chain requirements over the summit on 50.
So far a little over 2.5 inches of rain in the can and very light winds.

Thirteen tons of presto logs turned to pulp at my worksite very near the Healdsburg Safeway store pictured in the news story. The good news is I only had one fishing pole at my desk and I recovered it. Small tackle box is missing and presumed lost. Pictures later.

That's great ! I was doing the same thing in a friend's flooded vineyard this afternoon. Too much fun to resist !

Its been raining continuously here in Napa since yesterday evening. Nothing torrential any more but its just a nice, soaking rain at this point. Wind wasn't nearly as bad as expected but we had quite a few roads closed due to flooding and the river just knicked flood stage momentarily in Saint Helena. Caught the 24 hours totals for here in the valley and Angwin had a hair shy of a FOOT of rain since last evening !

Still coming down in Placerville.
Things are flowing as they should.
Wind was virtually a non event.
Hope I don't wake up to any surprises in the morning.
