Was pretty darn windy last night in BC, and we lost power at about midnight.  But didn't seem that bad, none of the usual roads were closed, so I went to work.  In SJ it's barely even raining, and the wind has let up quite a bit.

That's great news.  We need the rain just not all at once.  So we should all head south to fish.

it doesn't seem so bad.  I almost feel the media is over dramatizing.  there is some flooding but nothing too bad.

A little windy on the West and North Shore Lake Tahoe, 8 homes damaged by falling trees with  gas leaks, 3 of these homes smashed, and one turned into a working structure fire.  No known injuries as of yet.  Trees and wires falling down everywhere, chains saws getting a work out, at lest it is not snowing......yet.  Stay Safe and keep the BBQ out of the living room.

It was really, really bad in certain areas, and not so bad in others.

I was driving to work, and when I made it to the 580/880 intersection i was like NOPE and took the day off work. It was terrible there.

But in Dublin it's not so bad at all.
Thresher in avatar and Soupfin Shark in signature both caught and pic taken by me.

Posted this pic on another thread.
This was about 2 hours ago in my yard. Fife creek jumped the bank closer to Armstrong and decided my neighbor was cool.
It looks quite better now. Gonna hike up the hill to fetch my truck and see if I can get to work. The river isn't supposed to crest until tomorrow around noon. The damn creek tho  :smt013

That's a big nope. Power is back on! Looks like a game of throne marathon.  :smt001
