Beast mode. I'm in for 2015 and ready to fish until I faint. Good Gracious 20 species...I can't even name 20 species. 

Does anyone know if the prize yak is going to be the new model with Vantage seating?

and one more thing.. it would be great if one of the 30 people who entered AOTY and  haven't posted a single fish won the kayak....?

I decided not to play this last year for my own reasons. It's funny though...another NCKA guy asked me why not? He said just pay and enter the fish you would normally catch. He made it a point to say that even a few fish gave me better odds than any lottery...

 

To be honest AOTY is not about winning a kayak...it is/was all about breaking out of the "normal"

I did my best to update the list of tickets as of today...if you see errors in the attached PDF for what I have put for you or anyone else PLEASE let me know!!

For DOTY guys it's pretty easy but for AOTY guys that have more than 10 species it is harder...and I make mistakes ALL the time so please don't be mad if I made a mistake for you, just let me know and I'll fix it! 

And, for those folks that don't like the raffle, please remember that we now have an OK T13 for AOTY Winner and a FeelFree Moken14 for DOTY winner, so feel free to just pretend this raffle isn't happening.   

So far, if I have counted everything correctly, we have 829 tickets in the raffle for the Hobie Revo13.

My writing sucks.  I will donate $5 towards having your daughter do it.  I got a late start on DOTY and can't waste any time away from fishing [emoji2]

Didn't do AOTY this year, but Im stoked to go after it in 2015. What a cool deal.  Haven't caught a few of these species before...quite the personal challenge! And for a good cause too?!  Like I need a reason to chase fish!

ps...emailed Kevin Nakada friom Hobie on Friday and he emailed back this morning and he confirmed that they will get us the Revo13 in time for the awards ceremony in January. Will be pretty cool to see the Hobie, OK, FeelFree, Piscean Plaques for AOTY/DOTY, BigFish Plaques for AOTY/DOTY and all the other prizes all together!! 

How does the awards ceremony work? I don't know if I've seen a time/date/location. Or is it TBA?

I'm working with the top 5 in AOTY/DOTY to try and pick a date and location.

I plan on getting at least 5 more tickets, I should have been taking pictures of the lings and cabezons that I got this year.

I'm just trying to get as much of the work down as I can on counting all these tickets before I start planning the award ceremony, making sure I get all prizes and plaques requested and recieved in time for the award ceremeony, planning for next years AOTY/DOTY, soliciting prizes for next year, figuring out where next years reg. fee $ will go etc.

Hoping to get a date and location picked for award ceremony soon so people who want to go can try and make it.
