Congrats, it took a sweep to bring your record to 6-7 against us this year.  We whacked you guys early when you were missing a bunch of players.  Now we're down and out and you handed it to us pretty good.  All in all, the teams are pretty equal when healthy.  If only we had a payroll of $230 million.

As a somewhat-neutral participant in this "discussion" I feel obligated to point out some relevant statistical facts.
In the last four and a half years (including this season), the Giants have 405 wins; the Dodgers have 399 wins. That's pretty close.
During the same timeframe, the Dodgers have 1 playoff appearance while the Giants have 2 World Series titles. Luck? Perhaps, but it's a fact they won it all in 2010 and 2012. The Dodgers last appearance in the World Series was 26 years ago.

I think the Giants have won the World Series twice since they moved to San Francisco and gain MOST of their fans in the last 4 to 5 years.
I remember going to Candlestick with an attendance of about 6 to 8,000 all the time.

Dodgers won in  1959, 1963, 1965, 1981, 1988

being the NL West is the weakest division.   

The AL East called, it wants to sue you for slander for giving away it's well earned title.

Those were 3 GREAT games!  Straight up the DODGERS just took it to them! Sorry aints fans Yall will get over it when you win A game in a week or two

 

All well and good, all this bickering and stat slinging, but it ain't over yet! It was just a stop on the road in a pendant race, that has a few opportunities left.
