Thanks for being so nice to me. I hooked a huge king from my home built kayak.  Thrilling and a bit scary in my tippy boat.  He broke my line after several minutes of towing me around backwards.  Can't wait to try again.

Dude....I was right by you when this all went down and it could of turned nasty in a second!!  you need a rod holder dude,  and ease off on the drag  alittle so it can run and turn your boat to it so you don't get towed backward.  Fish won you lost = DAMMIT maybe next time.  Also when in the salt bring a bigger paddle a baseball bat only gets u so far,  bigger paddle you could of turn your boat in a second and then gain some headway on that pig that spooled you for 10 mins!   My 2cents

We had a great time! My son made some new friends

I caught a few fish too. Made a trip back  to Cabby town and landed some really nice Verms

My friends won some prizes

Rockin waves and rippin current made trolling tough, but it was good to see others catch themselves some chrome

What else can I say? Yeah, the potluck needs some tweaking, but let's focus on Craig's and Linelle's HUGE undertaking--thanks for a WONDERFUL event! Congrats to all the winners! Missed seeing many of my friends because we were at Schooner's, but I did meet many new ones. And Little E got out on the river for a while, too. Is it August 2015 yet???

I'm new(er) here so dunno what to do about the potluck. Maybe a few wristbands for registrants and non-registrants can buy extras for their families? NCKA could then shame out freeloaders w/o wristbands.

I ride a dune Outback, caught it well inside the cove on the south end. Still kicking myself for forgetting about the side-bet  but left Albion with more than what I showed up with

Skunkasauras? By the looks of that catch, I think you need to change your name! WTG!
