GS8 Potluck Thread - poll added - please check it and chime in

I've got 160 tortillas already.  Wife going to make a salsa and I'll grab fresh cabbage and lettuce from the fields Thursday.

And I have 48 bottles of Lagunita's IPA,  but 12 goto PK.

As a college student, my cooking skills are lacking to say the least...so I will bring water and soda.

+1  Pat and family are not great cooks so we need to have more options   

I'm also bringing some Patron, Jim Beam, Grand Marnier, Belvidere, and a few bottles of wine.

Ha ha ok ya either way! Mine isn't 'special' but we are thinking of making some other meat product in addition to fish stuff! We won't hold back

I got a 9 hour drive lol and 4 people in 1 truck so ill donate my friday limit to the shack. Rest of the weeknd ill be helping the local businesses  lol

I have over 300 paper plates (not the cheapest ones), 270 paper bowls, 500 plastic knives, over 200 plastic spoons, about 175 forks, and 660 napkins.  I think we should be set with that because many people bring their own (and I'll be glad to use one plate and eat tacos with my hands all evening), but I don't know if maybe I should just get more plates and another 500 fork package, so I'm putting up a poll to the tune of "will you bring your own stuff to the GS Potluck?"

I'll likely grab at least another 100 forks and 100 or more cheapo reserve plates, but it will help if whoever is able does bring their own stuff.  I know some people have really nice cafeteria type plates specifically for NCKA potlucks, but I'm not sure about utensils.

I don't ever bring any cups - it's BYOC&C - Bring Your Own Chair and Cup (and utensils please if possible   )

We can hose people down at the wetsuit cleaning area.   

I will have some paper towels too.   

There is a bit of protein already listed, so I will bring some asparagus and some other vegetable to go with dinner.

I will bring charcoal for the grill and hope to add crab…fish…Ab… some ocean goodness that I catch  .
