GS8 Potluck Thread - poll added - please check it and chime in

There is a bit of protein already listed, so I will bring some asparagus and some other vegetable to go with dinner.

Be warned, asparagus and wetsuits dont mix well

Asparagus alone will not create an explosive situation while in a wet suit. Mix the asparagus with to much protein and to much beer, well now your talking about forces that go beyond just a small vibration on the water.

Picked up an 800 watt inverter today. Tested it with my pellet smoker on a couple pounds of chicken. Worked great so I got my pellet grilled loaded up. I will be bringing a couple of my secret recipe marinades tri-tip. We can also use it to grill or smoke other items if people like. I will bring an additional 40lbs of pellets just in case. I don't have any cedar planks but I would love to throw some fresh Salmon on it.

It's open for use for anyone that wants to use it. I will be there late on Thursday.
