Having hosted five years of rager potlucks at The Tides Inn, I'm a bit saddened to move away from that awesome venue, but it's time. We've outgrown the patio at The Tides, and I feel lucky that no one has fallen off the edge at the Taco Shack!   :smt005

This year the awards, potluck, auction and party will be held at the pavilion right outside the deli.  Jack is currently trying to finish up a concrete patio just north of the pavilion, and he told me he's happy to provide more tables, bathrooms, and anything else we may need.

Please use this thread to list what you'll bring as we all gather to celebrate the event together.

Wild blackberry cobbler is my family's traditional GS Potluck offering.  :smt001

Elk Brisket, Beef Brisket, And some smoked fish.

With 218 people entered plus family - If there is only one dish brought per entrant at say a dozen dishes per six foot table, plus drinks and miscellaneous cooking and activity tables, that is easily 20+ tables for the food etc.
Dining seating ?
How many tables can Jack help us with and what do we have to bring?

Good points, Kirk - thanks!

It's BYOC - BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR!

Bring a table if you have one as we'll need them for prizes, auction items, and the potluck dishes.  Jack has lots of tables there, and we can pull a few picnic tables from camps if we need to.

I'll bring plates, utensils, napkins and other eating basics for a couple hundred.  It's always helpful if you have your own too.

Hey Eric, do you think we'll have space to set up the fish-taco shack over there? cause that's what I want to do.
