KB,
Thank You! for your response and honesty. I think others may have been wondering the same question but did not want to be the one to ask. unfortunately I have two young kids and things come up and this was the reason for the signing up the morning of question and the possibility of a refund for missed events. I will have to pass on the circuit but it looks like it will be a blast to fish and I wish you and the circuit much success.

Take care!

So when are you going to be ready to take me fishing over there and show me where I can catch some big fish? LOL. I'd prefer it to be between now and the first tourney date!!

Question...pre fishing is allowed 2 days prior but when does the off limit time start and does it include the whole delta or just the area near the launch site? I ask since I fish the delta a lot during the summer.

Hey Joey!

We are allowing pre fishing 2 days prior and as far as you can paddle and return for weigh in on time (15 minute grace period) its totally up to you.

For those of you who will be fishing all three events, there's been a little twist in the competition for the final tournament. You guys will be fishing against The Informative Fisherman! And he will be gunning for you guys with no mercy shown!!! Who doesn't want to beat a pro on their own water?! He is not in contention, however, his winnings will go to the next best fisherman as that would have been the order had he not fished. But the bragging rights will be enough! Better get pre-fishing guys!

How is the prize schedule going to be done for these events?  Will it be a cash payout for each monthly event and then the Kilroy would go to the AOTY?  Or will it be an aggregate total inches after the three events will determine the winner and the cash prizes awarded for say 1st through 5th place?

Has the event filled up yet?

The water was looking pretty nice out there yesterday at Tower Park.  Temps were right around 70 degrees in most places with around 4ft of visibility.   The fish seemed pretty scattered but were willing to hit just about anything I offered.  I caught fish on topwaters, soft plastics, blades, cranks, and even swimbaits.

Since this is a go anywhere tournament, the pre fishing (2 day) rule really won't apply. MY 2 day rule is really just standard procedure. However, with the style of this tournament I encourage you guys to get out and learn the waters. Good Luck!
