  Without reading through all 6 pages of posts here, try opening "Members" and then search for user.  The information on everybody "profile" will be that they were comfortable posting on a public forum! Some may have chosen to put their real names ( Here probably 99% ok doing this) don't expect full names though.  You will never see my real last name anywhere within this or any forum i'm involved with. Not even FB!

I got a laugh out of reading this thread.  It made me think of my wife on POGO bowling.  All the grey hairs use screen names that have nothing to do with their actual name, but get mad when others don't use their actual name when saying good morning.  Way to much work trying to remember.  My memory sucks, so a how's it going or generic hello works for me. 

I just used my initials as a screen name because I did not want to use my fishing experiences as a handle like some did.  Salmon killer, Abking etc. sounds good and would be okay to call someone at an event.  I would have to use "I_Got_Skunked_Again" or "wish_I_Did_Better_Fishing". So even if you had a great day on the water, but saw me and wanted to say hi. You would have to say I_Got_Skunked_Again" or "wish_I_Did_Better_Fishing" and people would think you had a crappy day and would not know you were saying hi to me. 

My first name is Duane. 

So DG is a lot easier to type in a reply and InsaneDuane was already taken.  I added my first name to my signature below so no one has to look at my profile which only has limited info (the way I like it).
