Name of person

Where do you find the first and last names of members correlating to their screen name. It very difficult for a new member to address the person without sounding like a dork by not knowing who they are. I'm sure all you seasoned members have had lots of contacts with active members so its no big deal for you. Just saying it would be nice to address people by their name. Thanks

I'm not offended by being addressed by my screen name in person

Some people reveal their names, not necessarily their last names, when they're ready to do so or remember that they haven't done so. Revealing last name is irrelevant.

For Mr.Matt, "fish whisperer" is good enough for me. 

Hey Dude  What I did was look at a GS list of people that have signed up. Eric
list your name and your NCKA name, you can also look at the sticky " post your picture, screen name and real name" at the top of Introductions. But the first few were pretty funny !!!!

Bunny?  Kat? Ash? Big J?  more I'm sure.  People usually call Bunny, Bunny; Kat is Kat; etc.  these ladies don't hide behind a screen name 

And who can forget Sarah (Fuck Yeah!) and Brandi?? 

I kinda get the feeling people must be on the post office flyers and afraid of being exposed. Rarely do you see a club where everyone is a secret agent. lol 

Seriously though, just call people by their screen names until you figure out what they like to be called/what everyone else calls them. Crash isn't even close to the worst thing I've been called today.

I can't speak for everyone, but I don't believe most folks on NCKA mind whether you call them by their screen name or real name.  Whether someone calls me "Clayman" or "Clay", or "Chris", doesn't matter.

If I thought it'd be dorky if someone called me by my screen name, then why would I choose a screen name that's different from my real name?

Go look at the past and present GS sign up lists. You'll get a couple hundred of names there. We call people by their forum name all the time.

I think you'll find that on most forums (not just this one), people do not reveal their full names.  I think you were also asking about how to search for people based on their location.  I got to say, this whole conversation feels weird to me.  I mean, you don't walk down a mall yelling out your full name and where you are from.  Why do it here?  The internet is very public.
