I've never fished there before so if the local guys could PM me some tips as far as terminal gear and tactics that would be great. I may come up the weekend before to scout the area with Molly. Do you need an anchor? Are there tackle restrictions?

Rob and I did some scouting yesterday.  The pics are of the access to the picnic area at Negro Bar. If we don't feel like rolling kayaks down the path we can launch at the ramp (1/4 mile away) and tow boats to the picnic grounds.

Thanks Adam, that helps a lot! Molly and I will be out there on Saturday, 2/22 to do some recon. Company welcome!

I have not fish there or have much experience with this kind of fishing.
if you tell me what to bring for gear I can come over and help HOW again.
last time in Berryessa the best part for the guys was the hear and the show of appreciation for their service.

My daughters class comes here for walks every week . It's a great spot!
