Kayak Wars Teams 2014 *updates page 1*

Nice work guys! Good writeup too.

Way to go Bridgeport.  I wish I could have fished more this year, but life kept getting in the way. I was 30 bass and 22 trout short of last years numbers.

I got the ice chest a long time ago.

Congrats Aaron & Team Bridgeport! Your fishing on the final day of the competition clinched the 2014 KW FW title for your team.

Thanks and congratulations to you and your team as well. 

Team Bridgeport's effort throughout the year is what clinched any title we may earn.

NOT dead last better than last year

Way to get it done team Bridgeport. You guys fished hard all year long.  I was lucky to be able to fish with Terry as if I was part of the team one day even though I as on an opposing team it never felt that way. You guys are a class act.

As a participant this year, it was enjoyable to see all the cool fish caught during the competition.  For me though, the best of Kayak Wars might have been those special weekend days when I found myself on the water while my team, spread across the state, all hit the water "with me."  The So-Cal Crew might be fishing our Southern waters,  Hydrospider could be found crawling about Clear Lake while the Kraken prowled the Sierras.  There we were, all fishing at the same time many hundreds of miles apart, but it still felt as if we were fishing together.  That said, I am more than proud of my crew of 40-somethings.   Among our group, we have an Educator, a Veteran, and a couple of guys who save lives for a living.  More importantly we are friends first, and at the end of all things- thats what matters most.  Thanks Team Bridgeport for welcoming me and introducing me to this great pastime.

Uh, it's wrong!

Yeah, I'd say its wrong!!  It shows me in 6th place in our division for Angler Standings with 2025 points but doesn't show my team in any of the lists. I know we made top five overall.

Team NCKA isn't on there anywhere!!!

It's fixed now.

They were under construction the last few days. It looked correct on their FB announcement today. Congratulations to team NCKA for another big season. You guys killed it. And strong work to all the other west coast teams, since most of us are NCKA members. Lots of nice fish put up last year!

Good luck to all the guys who are going to fish hard this year. I'm going to cut down on my fishing trips a bit this year (shoulder issue), but still hoping to get a nice fish or two.
