These Al.....They are awesome. Low profile enough to use with long guns as well. I had several others and these are the best all around muffs I have used.

I use the Howard Leight noise-canceling headset. Works great for filtering out the loud gunshots while allowing normal conversation without raising the voice. I have a regular headset for the range if you want to use it.
