Shoot & Chill Tribute - Sunday January 19th, 2014

Been try to set one up for a while, but was never the right time or something came up.

So I thought what better way to remember Brother Mooch, than to have a Shoot & Chill on his Birthday! (weather permitting).

So if you free and what put some lead on paper, come out to the Chabot Gun Club in Castro Valley on Sunday, January 19th for 9am until we all run out of ammo! We will be at using the shooting lanes on Range #2; we can shoot Rimfire, Centerfire, Air and Black Powder Rifles, Pistols & Shotguns using Slugs.

So start stocking up on ammo!!

I'd be down for some shooting.  I have a couple things to play with, I might even bring out my 75 caliber flintlock pistol.  It is fun to shoot.  I'll keep it on my calendar.

I have a .30-30 that needs shooting but can't seem to find ammo.  If not I have other stuff to shoot.  We'll probably be there.

They are a tad over cautious there at that range but sometimes that's a good thing.

I haven't made one purchase of 22s this week.....

Anyone with a 22 pistol: I have some 22 super calabri rounds you can use. I got these on accident and didn't realize they were powderless rounds and won't cycle in a semi auto 22. People say you can use them in a bolt 22 but I would only trust in a pistol. My fear would be a sqib in the long guns.
