Thanks for the early notice on GS8 dates, for all your hard and time consuming work you put into this great event that we all love.

Frank "Ghost" and I are in.

Made reservations site 44 from 5/14 - 5/21.

Team Squidbillies will be there in full force, camping out with the bear like real men. I officially throw down the culinary gauntlet for the banquet. It's on. 

It's based on an issue that came up at GS6 where someone was too drunk and caused a scene and then the next day ended up getting in too close to the reef requiring help from other members, one of which endo'd and lost a bunch of gear due to it.  The perp bailed the scene and left the Cove early.  Later online here he was called out, nearly lynched, given a chance to apologize, brought what many considered weak sauce, and was banished....

Ha! I love the concise directness of this statement, especially considering it's coming from the most introspective, empathetic, and constructively-verbose fisherman I know...
