Saw FishingJay logged on this morning.  Wonder how's doing after he moved to Idaho.

I'm still a frequent lurker, but I don't get out on the yak much these days. The fly fishing is so productive that it's tough to justify a trip on the yak. Somehow reeling in a rainbow trout on the yak seems like a let down after reeling in sturgeon, halibut and lingcod back in California.

I really miss fishing the salt with you guys!  :smt006

The crab hoop I got from you is still hauling in rock crabs. I still have to rope a Dino on the lasso you gave me though
Allan, I believe snares are not legal now.

I stay in touch with PJ and fish with him from time to time. We fished sur last year together and he came up to Montery for the salmon run. He is still active and recently posted on the T shark thread. He and his wife are doing weddings (photography and make up) mainly in Big Sur. Littoral, Greg I don't bellieve is fishing anymore. He blew his knee out on a surf landing at Jalama with PJ. I don't think he has fished since.

I see josh post on coastside sometimes. I think he bought a big power boat so he could take his kids out with him.

Not sure if he fishes from a yak still.

Last I saw him we fished Big Sur and his Dad came along in a small alum boat that we launched from Mill Ck. That was like 2009 though, I think.

So honored that anyone would give a rat's ass about me.

I've been laying low with issues.  Nothing big, just some stuff I had to deal with.

Yes, I still work at SNBCo (greatest job ever) and have just come back to the board as I now have a new ride and the desire to fish.

It has been a LONG time and to see a post written this year that mentions me as a guy people remembered,.....well, one can only hope it is for good reason.

I'm back though, and plan to get involved again.  Just need to catch up on the news.  Lots of heavy stuff apparently.

That's the guy.......couldn't remember his name..........I met him for the first and only time in Cabo a year ago with O2B.

Since then I hung out with O2B a few times but haven't heard from Don.
