Hey there Mr Joel . I met u only one time at lake Del Valle .I had a little 6 foot crow kayak and it was my first time out. You were very helpful with free advise. Even though it was the first i had ever met you. You invited and welcomed me to join N.C.K.A. You know there are times when you meet people and u somewhat remember them and then there is you joel. Your openess and sincerity is why i think people care so much for you. Tight lines Mr Joel.

I understand that the doctors have said that the medications and treatments will not help anymore and that is why you are now on Hospice care. I hope your time at home with your family is peaceful and happy.

But I have not given up hope.

Mooch, you remember the day we met in REI?

That was right in the middle of a time when illness and financial catastrophe was turning my family's world upside down and optimism seemed like an impossibility, some guy shows up in REI I never met, puts a little piece of the smile back in things

There are some people you meet, when everything gets turned upside down, they help you feel like maybe they're right-side up after all

It probably seemed like nothing to you at the time but that little spark helped get the fire burning for me and my family

With all the outpouring of support, love and affection for this man we need your help and understanding. Just want to chime into this. I designated frank  on this task for many reasons. I trust him, my entire family has complete trust and confidence in Frank..... and he freely volunteered to do this to help me and my family. If anyone has issues, send me a PM.  I don't want my sister involved because she is busy enough raising a 14-year-old son and working 2 jobs.
