Make sure to check out the thread from last year for info on how/where to park.

Thanks Eric.

I love fishing and diving out of SWS...it is the best access point around for paddling to NUMEROUS great fishing/diving spots.

Pebble Beach Company basically has 2 rules:

1. Pay your $9.75 entrance fee per vehicle to get in
2. Park where they want you to

You follow those two rules and you get to unload and load right next to the beach. Get access to bathrooms and showers. Can drink alcohol on the beach. Can cook on the beach. Can have a helluva good time without getting hassled by rangers or police for open flames or containers.

Please park back by the hedgerow, just past the fairway that you drive past right before you get to the beach.

The spots next to the pier/stairs/bathrooms are for members of pebble beach, not for kayakers/divers/guests.  Unload your gear there, move your car, and just walk on back. No biggie.  :  )

If by chance the hedgerow spots are full (opening day can be a very busy day...), there is plenty of overflow parking at the Spa and Tennis Courts, only .26 mile away.

I have attached a little map to help out with finding the hedgerow parking, and the additional free guest parking at the Spa and Tennis Courts....and a close up one of the Spa and Tennis Courts as well.

It's only a .26 mile walk from the spa parking back down to where the hedgerow parking is. It's paved, flat and easy.  :  )

You can see how big the lots are at Spa and tennis courts. :  )

Gonna be fun!!

Sincerely,

Jim

I was going to say that in my previous post.  Too funny, sad and true.

I'm getting excited.

The Captain and Big Jim's Fleet, sounds like "FISH ON".   Sorry to miss this one, committed to diving up north this round.    Get 'Em Big, Be Safe and have FUN!   And don't clean the fish in the rest room (unless the shower is running) :smt005
